Factors considered during the costume judging include: interpretation of the theme; creativity; costume stability (few or no stops for adjustments along the route); and the time and effort that went into building the costume. The annual Pug Crawl is one of Portland’s most popular dog-friendly events. The Parade of Pugs is open only to pugs and pug-mixes, but any dog-friendly dogs are welcome at the event. Enjoy the outdoor festival including live music, pug-related merchandise, dog treats, photo opportunities, food and drink for purchase in the Taproom, and of course, the Parade of Pugs!

We quickly outgrew our early roots and moved the festivities to the bustling St. With Tens of Thousands of attendees and their faithful furry BFFs flocking to Woofstock in 2013, we needed a bigger home and this will be our fourth year at Woodbine Park.
